With new laws taking effect this summer in Washington and Oregon—including updates related to hate crime accommodation leave, personnel files, and Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML)—this session will cover key policy updates to consider alongside general best practices.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Ben is licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
