Cancellation Policy: LWHRA understands that circumstances may arise that prevent annual sponsors from fulfilling their initial sponsorship commitment. Full refunds will be sent for written cancellations received in writing no more than 30 days after purchase of an annual sponsorship. In the event an annual sponsor that receives an exhibit space as part of their sponsorship has to cancel their participation as an exhibitor, refund will be based on the value of the exhibit booth. There will be no refunds if cancellations are made after 30 days of purchase of an annual sponsorship. Important note: Sponsorship benefits do not go into effect until sponsorship payment is paid in full. Annual sponsorships are based on the calendar year.
