The Finance Committee is responsible for supporting the financial and fiduciary responsibilities of the Association with the Treasurer. The Committee works closely with the Treasurer and to the Board to evaluate the appropriateness of our account portfolio across all cash reserves. All with the goal of providing greater financial health and safety to the Association’s assets, and improved rates of return on investments. The Committee is also responsible for supporting the Association's budgeting and monthly financial reporting processes. Long-term financial health of the Association is a key strategic priority that enables us to connect with more members in the HR profession, grow their knowledge and skills, and serve the community.
