The aim of the Marketing and Communication Committee is to facilitate communication between LWHRA’s Leadership, Committees, and Special Interest Groups with the Chapter Membership at large.

• Connect: MarCom connects HR professionals to the latest events and information in the HR field.

• Grow: We help HR professionals grow in the careers by taking advantage of learning events that build their skills and enable them to network with peers.

• Serve: We serve the HR community and the LWHRA Chapter by promoting content that is valuable for their professional development.
