Title: Why Every Small to Medium Size Business HR Should Consider the PEO Model

Parking:  Free parking is available across the street at the mall, or is validated by the local merchants if you shop there (Dote Coffee, Nordstrom Rack, Dukes, etc.)  Parking in the building can be up to $12.

How to get here:  From most of the entrances you must enter the building and go up to the 2nd floor.  Then proceed through the food court to the left/east side elevators.  Take the elevators to the 10th floor.

Snacks and beverages will be hosted by IMA.

I will share my experiences related to being a HR department of 1 with plenty of real-life situations. I’m on a mission to elevate HR and help organizations experience awesome results.

Travis has been a local Seattle area HR professional for over 20 years, is SPHR certified, and a long-time member of LWHRA since 2002.  He has volunteered on various committees as well as the Board of Directors where he currently serves as Ex-Officio. Travis brings a deep expertise in strategic HR and organizational development.

Outside of the world of HR, Travis is passionate about his son’s endeavors such as fixing up cars and coaching at Lake Washington High School.
