Trust is easy to value and harder to steward when pressure is high, change is constant, and capacity is thin. This facilitated, discussion-based session invites senior leaders to explore how trust is built, protected, and sustained under real-world constraints.
The conversation centers on stewardship through small, repeatable actions that signal credibility, care, and consistency over time. Participants will examine how trust is experienced by teams, how change fatigue reshapes leadership expectations, and how leaders can influence trust not only within their own teams, but also by coaching and supporting executives during periods of sustained demand.

Amanda Baker:
People who feel seen, supported, and inspired do their best work and organizations thrive because of it. Research indicates that organizations with strong learning cultures generate much higher income per employee, greater profitability, and an innovation standard that rivals the rest. Shifting organizations to revolve around these ideals leads to a strategic advantage we can’t afford to let pass us by.
For over a decade, I’ve designed, facilitated, and scaled learning programs that contributed to this shift. From leading global leadership and career development initiatives at Edelman, to coaching leaders through individual and team challenges, to empowering women entrepreneurs in the Peace Corps, my work has always centered on helping people grow in ways that create personal fulfillment and lasting impact for those they serve.
