Parking: Free parking is available across the street at the mall, or is validated by the local merchants if you shop there (Dote Coffee, Nordstrom Rack, Dukes, etc.) Parking in the building can be up to $12.

How to get here: From most of the entrances you must enter the building and go up to the 2nd floor. Then proceed through the food court to the left/east side elevators. Take the elevators to the 10th floor.

Meet the Speaker:

Megan Johnson is an Account Executive on Rippling's Broker Channel team, where she partners with insurance brokers and benefits consultants across the Pacific Northwest to help their clients modernize HR, payroll, and benefits. A Portland native with more than 14 years in the HR technology space — including stints at ADP and Paylocity — Megan brings a rare insider's view of both sides of the broker–vendor relationship. She's known for building genuine, long-term partnerships rather than transactions, and for translating complex tech into plain terms business owners actually care about.
