Serve Your Community by Supporting the SHRM Foundation and NW Harvest

Support the SHRM Foundation & Northwest Harvest

LWHRA supporters are joining together this Fall to help our community and to raise money for the SHRM Foundation.

From now through December 11, 2018, we are asking all LWHRA supporters to participate. Food donations will benefit Northwest Harvest, and monetary donations will benefit the SHRM Foundation. LWHRA will also make a cash donation of $1 (up to $500 total) for every food item donated by December 11.

 Learn More About these Organizations

The SHRM Foundation’s goal is to champion workforce and workplace transformation in the HR community. The Foundation drives research-based initiatives that help to drive inclusion in the workplace, recently on topics like accommodating the aging workforce and supporting employment programs for military veterans. It also raises money to provide needs-based scholarships to educate and develop HR professionals and students. The SHRM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Help the Foundation to make a difference in our community by donating to support its programs. Northwest Harvest is leading the fight for hungry people statewide to have access to nutritious food while respecting their dignity and promoting good health. It is the only nonprofit food bank distributor operating statewide in Washington, providing two million meals every month. Northwest Harvest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
