Session Description:
In this ten-minute session, participants will perform a mini leadership and communications assessment. Next, they will identify others who they would like to connect with at the conference and if they would like to opt into a community of practice. By the end of this session, participants will add a simple but powerful method that allows personality temperament theory and team development to be easily learned, lastingly retained and effectively used to their tool belt.

Speaker Bio:
Joey Pauley spent nearly two decades building and leading high-performance teams. Most notably a design team whose products were voted “Best of the Web” by Forbes magazine and praised by the International Herald Tribune, Town & Country, and The Wall Street Journal.
He received a Masters in Organizational Psychology, Certifications in Organizational Dynamics and Integrated Skills for Sustainable Change. Today he serves as past president of the Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network. His organization, Applied Leadership Teams LLC works with a variety of organizations to build communication and leadership capacity in their teams. His specialties include designing and facilitating retreats, leadership development, strategic planning, and developing organizational capacity. Groups find his process positively changes their organizational dynamics as they work on specific goals. Results are often better communication, leadership, and collaboration.
