Speaker Bio:
Curt Archambault is Vice President for People and Performance Strategies and has over 30 years of experience in the training and development/performance consulting field for the hospitality industry where he began his career in operations. He has fulfilled every role from an entry-level employee (cleaning restrooms) to corporate training and development manager playing a key role in developing and implementing performance-improvement projects. Curt’s experience includes having been responsible for a team of consultants charged with improving operational performance at company and franchised locations. In addition, he has been a speaker on both the local and national level specializing in topics such as Return on Investment, Leading a Strategic Training function, and Executing First Class Guest Service. Mr. Archambault is a member and past President for the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART). In addition, he serves as President on the Board for the South Lake Union Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the ASTD Puget Sound Chapter. He majored in Business Management and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He has been married 38 years with two adult children and has one fantastic little granddaughter, who he adores (and pretty much has him wrapped around her little finger). At PPSTRAT, he is responsible for business development as well as working with emerging and mid-size organizations seeking the right talent selection, training, development, and HR practices to achieve the next level of growth.
