Registration Information

This event has passed.

Cancellation Policy: LWHRA will accept cancellations received on or before ten (10) days prior to the event. Registrants who cancel on or before ten (10) days prior to the event will receive a refund, less $20 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after ten (10) days prior to the event. A substitute attendee will be permitted given the LWHRA office receives notice of the substitution on or before ten (10) days prior to the event. After ten (10) days prior to the event, the following conversion fees will apply: Event registrations $100 or greater: $25 substitution fee. Event registrations less than $100: $10 substitution fee Substitutions and cancellations must be submitted by email to office@lwhra.org.
