Shannon Drohman is a Principal of Compensation Connections.  She has worked in human resources for over twenty years as an internal partner and external consultant.  She is an instructor for the University of Washington's Human Resource Certificate program and on the Board of Directors for the Lake Washington Human Resource Association.  Shannon's credentials include a Master's Degree in Human Resources, SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and a Certified Compensation Professional designation.
