Presentation Description:

We all know culture is huge!  Yet the facts don’t lie. Most people don’t feel their workplace cultures are helping them or their organizations thrive.
Most of the reasons why are because we still don’t fully understand how to “do” culture. This talk will teach you all the foundations of great culture.

Plus, you’ll learn how to measure it and make real change and progress. Includes individual and group activities to reinforce learning and a culture self-assessment so you’ll walk away with a simple, effective, executable plan use can start using the same day.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Learn more about what workplace culture is
  2. Learn what the cores of culture are (clarity, leadership and teamwork) and how to intentionally develop and leverage them
  3. Assess your own culture and start to build a plan to evolve your own organization’s culture
