This presentation is designed to share market trends and educate attendees about the importance of aligning communications with a pay transparency philosophy.  How much information should you be sharing?  What are the potential impacts of under- or oversharing??  Can transparency help or hinder pay equity efforts??  We’ll explore these topics in-depth and provide practical advice you can apply in the workplace.
