HR Project Management Success Factors

Speaker: Eric Verzuh
Presentation: HR Professionals lead projects within HR and across the organization, often in a role where they need to exercise informal leadership and influence. These projects benefit from applying proven project management techniques, yet Information Technology and Capital Construction methods are not appropriate. This presentation will lead HR Professionals through a practical, proven project management approach that is scaled to fit HR projects and HR leaders.

Learning Objectives:

  • Relate core project management concepts to their own HR and internal improvement projects.
  • Engage a team on a new project to recognize the value of good project management practices.
  • Use a checklist to facilitate a project improvement review for any kind of project.
