In the world of human resource development, executive coaching is gaining ground as a leadership development tool. Organizations are seeking more fruitful ways for employees and managers to work together, and this goal has become a priority in our competitive marketplace. However, having the resources to effectively coach your client groups is often a difficult and daunting task for Human Resource professionals.
Brit Poulson of Poulson Leadership will join our October meeting to discuss coaching for organizational effectiveness. Through an interactive discussion, Brit will help us gain a better understanding of how to analyze difficult situations and engage in more effective action. Brit will also demonstrate the three arenas of The Leadership Map and help us understand how these areas apply to employment coaching as well as our own situations.

You may have noticed some changes and we always appreciate your feedback with ideas on how we can make this process smoother for you. Starting with registration for our June monthly meeting, the fee has increased to $30 for members and $45 for non-members. There is an additional $10 fee the day of the event for those who have not pre-paid. We do accept credit card and checks at the door for those wishing to put their name on the wait list.
Wait List/Late Arrivals: Our wait list policy is to allow those not pre-registered to add their name to a list at the door the day of the event. While it is our desire to not turn anyone away, there is no guarantee for those on the wait list that we will be able to accommodate you. We give a final headcount to the location after registration closes the previous week, so we may be limited on seating. At 11:30, we allow those on the wait list to take the seats that are available. If by some chance, you have pre-registered and arrive later than 11:30, we may have given your seat to those on the wait list and cannot guarantee seating. We start serving promptly at 11:30 and as our membership is quite large it is imperative that we start promptly at 11:30 in order to have our speaker begin at 12:00.
